Comprehensive experience for highest demands

Before founding the law firm in Saarland, I worked for many years as a lawyer in the major international law firm Clifford Chance in Frankfurt am Main and in various renowned medium-sized law firms with a focus on commercial, tax and corporate law. During this time I qualified as a specialist lawyer for tax law and as a tax consultant. I am therefore not only an experienced legal advisor. I am also familiar with the challenges of the accounting implementation of projects and their tax implications. My professional focus is on tax law advice on corporate and real estate transactions in the broadest sense, never losing sight of the private individual.

Tax law opens up a wide range of options for companies and entrepreneurs and is therefore an important component of strategic corporate development. For me, tax law means above all to use the scope for shaping the company within the framework of what is possible and the legal limits of what is feasible. This requires a high level of professional competence, many years of experience and above all an understanding of the economy and markets. This includes both complex, internationally associated companies as well as regional medium-sized businesses.

From my point of view, results-oriented consulting means first analysing my clients’ ideas and goals in order to give the right impulses and develop creative solutions. I accompany entrepreneurial developments and assume responsibility, both for short-term projects and for structure-defining business processes.
